TERMS AND CONDITIONS -- Passenger Information: Passenger names must reflect full legal names as they appear on passenger’s proof of citizenship or valid passport. Notify Christian Henry at The Featherweight Shop right away if any corrections are needed. Suppliers may charge substantial fees plus applicable fare increases for any name changes. (For immigration and customs purposes, it is essential that this information is accurate. Boarding of travel vessels may be denied if the information provided is inconsistent.) Payments / Payment Schedule: 1. OCEANVIEW STATEROOM: (payments totaling $2995 for cruise #1, payments totaling $3150 for cruise #2): 1.) Initial deposit: $500 2.) Remaining Balance to be paid by December 31st, 2024 - 2. VERANDA V1 STATEROOM: (payments totaling $3350 for cruise #1, payments totaling $3550 for cruise #2): 1.) Initial deposit: $500 2.) Remaining Balance to be paid by December 31st, 2024 - 3. CONCIERGE CLASS STATEROOM (payments totaling $3450 for cruise #1): 1.) Initial deposit: $500 2.) Remaining Balance to be paid by December 31st, 2024 - 4. AQUA CLASS STATEROOM (payments totaling $3795 for cruise #2): 1.) Initial deposit $500 2.) Remaining Balance to be paid by December 31st, 2024. All payments will be made by the dates on the payment schedule. Payments may be made at any time prior to those dates. There is a risk of cancellation by the cruise line if the final payment is not received on time. Cancellation / Refund Policy: At time of registration $100 is non-refundable. On February 15th, 2025, 30% of the total price for selected stateroom will be non-refundable. On March 15th, 2025, 60% of the total price for selected stateroom will be non-refundable. On March 31st, 2025, 80% of the total price for selected stateroom will be non-refundable. On April 15th, 2025 100% of the total price for selected stateroom will be non-refundable. Traveler Responsibilities: It is each passenger’s responsibility to have all the required documentation. A valid passport and/or visa are required for all international travel. All passengers assume full responsibility for inquiring and confirming passport, visa, vaccination, other entry requirements, safety, and security conditions of destinations to be visited. The Taxes line item on your cruise invoice includes port taxes, departure fees, government fees and fuel surcharges, if applicable. These costs are imposed by the suppliers and are subject to change until time of departure. The Featherweight Shop has no control over these taxes and fees and should they increase, your invoice will reflect the increase. Privacy Policy: The Featherweight Shop takes your privacy seriously and will be responsible with your contact information. Your contact information will never be sold, traded, or given away and will only be provided, as required, to the cruise line or travel supplier for reservation purposes. The credit card you supply at registration will be charged as per the payment schedule unless prior arrangements have been made. The Featherweight Shop acts solely as a general booking agent on behalf of each customer for the purpose of processing reservations with various cruise lines and travel suppliers. The Featherweight Shop has no control over the cruise line or travel suppliers, the fares charged for services, their policies and procedures, change in itineraries, the scheduling of their services, or their methods of providing services; therefore, The Featherweight Shop shall not be liable or responsible, and is released of responsibility and liability, for any delay, inconvenience, loss or damage for personal or property injury, to any passenger resulting from a breach of contract or any acts or omissions on the part of any travel supplier, cancellation of any service by a travel supplier, any refund due from a travel supplier, any terrorist activities, civil or labor unrest, mechanical or construction defects or failures, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other cause or act of God. Travel insurance is available for the charges from Celebrity Cruises. The travel insurance does NOT cover registration, teaching and supply fees from The Featherweight Shop. Travel Insurance is $149 per cruiser.
