Many factors are taken into consideration for wholesale account approval.  Additional documentation may be requested.  We sell wholesale to brick & mortar quilt or sewing stores as well as select online quilt shops and sewing machine service providers.

Free shipping is available with a minimum order total on wholesale products.  Total requirements vary with account status as well as domestic and international orders.

Because the benefit of a wholesale discount is preferred, rewards points are unavailable to wholesale customers.

Our new Wholesale Storefront displays all products available for wholesale purchase. Some items—like certain vintage parts or limited collectibles—don’t have a wholesale discount but are included for convenience so you can place everything in one order.

Products that do qualify for wholesale pricing (for example, Featherweight Shop–manufactured items) will automatically display their discounted price and any applicable minimum order quantity once your wholesale account is approved and you’re logged in.

Aside from the added discounts on wholesale available items, a Stockist list will be provided on our website so that customers can shop local retailers geographically for Featherweight Shop products. Wholesale account holders are also encouraged to establish a local Featherweight Fellowship in their community to develop camaraderie and enjoy shared Featherweight interest. You may also utilize our free Featherweight Schoolhouse tutorials to drive business to your store.

You can shop retail sales for items not included in the wholesale catalog, but wholesale pricing stays the same. Occasionally, we may run exclusive wholesale promos, but those are rare and announced separately.
