They are supple and smooth, yet will grip your sewing surface for vibration and noise absorption. Plus, they look much, much better! And now they're gray - just like the originals!! If you have a Featherweight 222 model, then your machine requires a Set of 5, which can be selected from the drop-down menu.
Note: These bed cushions will not work on a White Singer Featherweight, because the White Featherweight requires rubber feet that are not only much smaller but instead of having screws to set each one, they are glued in place.

The previous owner of my machine had replaced four of the original five bed cushion feet, and the fifth one was very old and crumbly. It took a bit of work to get the old one out, but it had to be done because it was compressed, and causing the machine to be wobbly. Since it was compressed somebody had added washers, and some other resourceful items to make up for the lack of height. You just never know what you'll find. : ) The one last shoe, and she is good as new!

Easy to change
I finally change the feet on my featherweight 221 bet. It had the original feet or I should say what was left of them. It was amazing how easy the to change them out & how bed sets now & not move around so much. I love The Featherweight Shop.
