Description
Is your old Featherweight case lost, well-worn or does the internal box have a severe mildew odor? Then this replica, Singer Featherweight carrying case will be a beautiful, secure replacement! The leatherette exterior is stitched at the corners and seams (rather than glued), giving a lovely presentation. A plastic accessory side-tray is included along with keys for the latch. Handle is designed with an ergonomic, retractable grip making it easy to carry.
Case will fit either the Singer 221 or the 222 model Featherweight sewing machine. Because this case is designed to fit all vintage Singer Featherweight models, the original top tray will not fit. (Please review the Featherweight Timeline and our Historical blog posts for the case history, which will give more insight to those earliest case styles with the top trays.) To hold the foot controller, many Featherweight owners will also order one of our foot controller pouches for storage. It can be placed under the tray on the left side of the case or on top the machine, depending on preference.
