2017 Christmas Recap

Every year we gear up for our 12 Days of Christmas Sales from December 1st - December 12th, and this year we thought we would post a few behind-the-scenes photos to show you some of your packages as they were being prepared! We were in our new building this year - literally, the first day of our big sale kick-off, so it was a bit of challenge moving in, getting situated, and then set up for shipping all in one day, but we made it! (Now we just need to decorate!)

We had so much fun tying red and green ric rac, drinking lots of coffee and hot cocoa, eating lots of snacks... and more snacks... (Renda spoils us with homemade Rocky Road!) and taking bundles and bundles of packages to the local post office in time for the mail pick up; we had to be there no later than 3 pm each day to make it! We had a few gals come in for some extra elf help and we enjoyed each and every person we had on staff this year. They all work so well together - we think we have the best employees ever!! But, our job... their job... would not even be possible without the best customers in the world! So, we would like to most of all say thank you for your loyal support, encouragement, emails, phone calls, and cards... we are so very grateful for all the friendships we have made with each of you. I have often heard your sweet names repeated in the office and how the employees feel like they "know" you, too, as they tie ric rac bows, write notes, and put those finishing touches on each and every parcel.
