How Do I Spend Points?

You can spend your points by logging into your customer account and clicking the green Sewciety Rewards Button located in the lower corner on any page. Under the 'Rewards' section, you can click 'Redeem' next to the reward that you want to claim!

How much does it cost to join?

Our rewards program is totally free! We do it to say 'thank you' to our awesome customers!

Is there a limit to how many order points I can get?

There is no limit! Collect as many points as you please.

Do I get points on orders I placed before I had an account?

We can issue rewards on orders that were created up to three days prior to an account creation. Feel free to give us a call here in the shop and we can distribute those points for you!

Can I use more than one Rewards Code on an order?

No, only one Featherweight Sewciety Rewards code can be used per order. Featherweight Sewciety Rewards redemption codes cannot be combined.

Can I use all of my points at once?

Yes, but with a 5000 point cap. In other words, if you have less than 5000 points, you can use all of them. But, if you have more than 5000 points, then a maximum of 5000 points ($50.00 off) can be redeemed per order.

I am a wholesale customer, do my orders earn points?

No, Featherweight Sewciety Rewards points are reserved for retail customer accounts only.

What products are eligible to earn points?

All products except machines, event registrations, and gift cards are eligible to earn Sewciety Rewards Points.

When can I redeem my Sewciety Rewards Points?

Sewciety Rewards Points are eligible to be redeemed on all products except machines, event registrations, sale merchandise and gift cards. This means they can be used on orders that only contain regular priced merchandise. If wanting to order discounted or sale merchandise, you may make a separate order for those items and we will combine orders for you into one shipment.

Note: Featherweight Sewciety Rewards are not redeemable during special sales and promotional event times (e.g. February Featherweight Days, Christmas in July, October Birthday and Christmas Sales events.)

I tried to redeem points, but the item was ineligible, did I lose my points?

Great question and good news! Although the points were redeemed into a bona fide discount code reserved only for you to use, your reward is not lost. The redemption code has been emailed to you and you can save it to use on your next regular priced merchandise order. Feel free to make a separate order, if you'd like - one with sale items and another order using your redemption code on regular priced merchandise. Our shipping team will do our very best to combine and ship all together. Remember, check your email inbox for the reserved redemption code!

How do I receive my $5 off Coupon after a friend has referred me to create an account?

Follow the link in the referral provided by your friend. You must follow that provided link to set up your *NEW* account to be eligible for the $5 off Coupon. Once your account has been created, you will receive an email with the $5 off coupon to apply on your next regular priced order. (Remember to check your spam folder for the coupon.) This code must be applied to your purchase for the referring friend to receive their referral points.

How do I receive my 500 points after referring a friend to create an account?

Once your friend has created an account, following the link you sent them, they will be emailed a $5 off coupon to be applied to their next order. Once they have placed an order and applied the $5 off coupon, 500 points will automatically be added to your Sewciety Rewards.
