A rare Featherweight Shop exclusive! A specialty-refinished Vintage Original Featherweight Faceplate for the Singer 221 & 222K in the rainbow oil-slick finish - also known as titanium oxide. Shimmers of blue, green, purple and gold are random and will vary from face plate to face plate because of the unique process of finishing each vintage piece. Lighting and color reflection will affect how it displays as well, therefore, specific color requests are irrelevant and unavailable. (The very last picture in the photo carousel shows the standard traditional faceplate so that you have something to compare with the Titanium Dioxide faceplates offered.)

Early Scrolled faceplate (from 1933 to 1937). The early scrolled faceplates did not have the scroll work down the front edge of the face plate as the later ones did.
The 221k Featherweights had the later scrolled faceplates all the way up to about 1952.
*Faceplates will fit any year 221 or 222 Featherweight EXCEPT for the tan or white machines.
