During the early 1900s, Singer gave out hand fans as souvenirs. The designs varied, but almost all of them were clearly marked "Singer". Few have survived, but this dainty one has. Beautifully depicted on one side is a beautiful floral design. These were made in Japan! This one is missing a couple of the spines, but the color and design are in great display condition.
