Kit includes Zippy Bags 4 panel featuring the pieces and instructions to make four large and four small project bags AND Lori's Happy Zippers 3 in an array of colors to complete all the 8 canvas bags. Small bags are approximately 9" x 8" and the large bags are approximately 14" x 12".  Panel size is 56" x 56".
