One Layer Cake and One Charm Pack 

OR

One Layer Cake and a Black Fat Quarter 

Please note: One layer cake from All Hallows' Eve will not include enough black fabric squares to make this pattern!

Pattern would also be great for a Fall / Autumn / Halloween themed quilt.
