As always, you are quick and very responsive to my needs. (I couldn't find this on your website, but you were very quick to respond to my email inquiry). My machine is fixed and running great again! Y'all are the best! Just one thing...my purchase was wrapped 4 times before it was mailed (two envelopes, one plastic wrap and one brown paper wrap). It could have been sent in one envelope without all of the extra stuff....and would have been so much friendlier to the earth.
