Vintage original presser foot thumb screw for the Singer Featherweight 221 & 222K. It has the same thread pattern as the seam / cloth guide thumb screw, so it can be used interchangeably with the seam guide if you choose.
This screw is not the same as the faceplate thumb screw, which is available by clicking here.
