An adventurous experience will be had on this Featherweights Afloat journey to Alaska! Piece a quilt, sew a Featherwieght themed project, and learn about the Featherweight aboard the Celebrity Solstice. You will see the towns of Juneau, and Ketchikan as well as the Hubbard Glacier and Icy Strait Point. This cruise line, ship and itinerary was chosen so that you would be pampered with luxury accommodations, sewing in the Sky Conference Center on the 14th deck, and the combination of three days "at sea" for a memorable quilting and Featherweight experience! The ship will depart from Vancouver, BC on June 2nd, 2024, and will dock in Vancouver, BC on June 9th, 2024.

* IMPORTANT REMINDER: DO NOT bring the items above indicated with an asterisk *. The starred items in the lists above will be available from The Featherweight Shop for use in the classroom. These items require pre-approval from either the TSA or Celebrity Cruise Lines and will be put on the ship prior to your arrival. Any of these items brought personally may not be allowed through security and possibly confiscated.

- 4 ½” x 4 ½” Cutting Ruler of your choice for the Michigan quilt squares, or you can choose from a selection of three below:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space on the cruise, non-quilters (e.g. spouse, accompanying cruise roommates, etc) will not be able to attend group conference room activities, however, there will be so many fun ship activities for them to participate in while you are learning. When registering far below, please select your traveler type.
SECTION 2 - PAYMENT DETAILS:
There will be three types of staterooms available for this cruise:
Oceanview* Stateroom = $2795
*Oceanview Staterooms: Located on Deck 3 and feature expansive views of the ocean right from your window.

Aqua Class* Stateroom = $3395
*Aqua Class: These select rooms are located on Deck 11. Enjoy luxurious spa elements infused into the stateroom experience. Savor unique cuisine with priority seating at Blu Restaurant and escape to the Relaxation Room and Persian Garden for stunning sea views. Relax with AquaSpa treatments arranged by your personal spa concierge and feel rejuvenated with wellness classes such as meditation and yoga. Aqua Class guests have dining reserved in the Blue Restaurant every evening; dining in the Grand Epernay Restaurant would be on a first-come-first-serve basis for Aqua Class guests.

Feel free to introduce yourself, and post that you are looking for a roommate. If you are wanting a single room all to yourself, the booking discounts are listed below. Again, cruise cabin costs are still based on double occupancy, but there is a slight discount for single booking rates with room style specification (subject to change depending on advance booking).
