This 1937 Singer Featherweight 221 is absolutely beautiful in black iris with gold and silver decals! Completely restored inside and out - this Featherweight 221 will be ready to sew (or display) right out of the case. AE408*** indicates an original commission date of March 15th, 1937. Included with this machine is its original packer's mark slip. This is a rare find, and it adds to the collectability of the machine.

The Original Bobbin Case is included, adhering to originality all these years later.  The machine has been serviced and calibrated for quilter’s cotton, so tension is already properly set; however, tension can easily be adjusted depending on fabric needs.

The machine is fitted with an original scrolled faceplate and the replica case includes the side tray for holding the attachments.
